There are so many people who do not realize the great harm which the usage of crystal meth heroine does to everything which is ours- our bodies, our lives, our family…literally everything! It is not a surprise that heroine is considered to be the most dangerous drug which is the last step which a drug-addicted person could possibly take. Even if there were any little chances of quitting the drugs (when using cocaine or meth), when starting with heroine, all hope could be lost.
The amount of people who were strong enough to overcome their addiction with heroine, are very few. Perhaps, if they should be represented as a percentage of all people using heroine, that would make something like 0.1%. Can you imagine how little that is? It means that only 1 person out of 1000 manages to quit heroine and does not reach the fatal end- the death!
Unfortunately, there are more and more people who take a step further and start using crystal heroine. Please pay attention to the expression ‘take a step further’, it says a lot if you are observing deeply enough. The expression serves to say that most of the people who get involved in the usage of crystal heroine, have a wide experience in using other drugs such as cocaine, meth, methadone and many others.
Of course, it does not mean that there are teenagers who feel like they have fallen behind and want to catch up with the ‘cooler ones’ as fast as possible. So, there are definitely many teenagers whose first drug is heroine. It is another fact which should worry us a lot!
But let’s talk about a myth, having a large number of people who trust in. People seem to believe that there is a huge difference between injecting heroine and taking it under any other form- such as crystal methamphetamine for example. Of course, everyone should know that heroine is heroine and it does not matter whether a person will inject him or herself, will smoke it or even eat it! It really does not matter, or at least it matters much less than most of the people think. To sum up, the usage of crystal heroine is exactly as dangerous as the ‘liquid heroine’ which is injected directly into the blood. Yes, it is true that the affect is a little bit more different but the consequences are the same: addiction, suffering and, most often, death.
